How to unlock bootloader on your Verizon Pixel/Pixel XL via depixel8

Google Pixel devices are unlockable except the ones tied to the giant carrier Verizon. Verizon ships it’s devices with a locked bootloader and this is not only the case with Pixel devices but all the other devices with Verizon have no official way to unlock them. Although they do this for the device security but this is pretty annoying while you full price of the device and still have no freedom over your device.

If you own a Verizon Pixel/Pixel XL and want to unlock it’s bootloader then we have great news for you, now you can unlock it’s bootloader easily. Well, credit goes to a developer ‘beaups’ who found an exploit to unlock bootloader on the Verizon Pixel and Pixel XL phones. Team performed this great work successfully but they also announces that the unlock exploit will not be released publicly.

They name the Verizon Pixel bootloader tools as depixel8, you can download it from the Team’s official Sunshine. The SunShine developers are already known best for exploiting the other non unlockable Verizon devices and this tool is also from the home of SunShine as well.
