How to install OxygenOS 4.1.3 on OnePlus 3
Before you begin:

Your phone battery should be charged minimum 80%
Download OnePlus USB drivers, necessary for PC-Phone connection
Procedure to install OxygenOS 4.1.3 on OnePlus 3 via Stock Recovery (Non Rooted devices)
Copy the OxygenOS 4.1.3 OTA zip file to the internal memory of your OnePlus 3
Turn off your device and reboot into recovery mode.
Once in recovery, use Vol up or Vol down button to navigate and select apply updates.
Browse and select update zip file and flash it.
Once done reboot your device.
How to install OxygenOS 4.1.3 Nougat OTA on OnePlus 3
Download and Extract adb fastboot.
Download the firmware from the link provided below.
Now connect your device to the PC using USB cable.
Open the adb-and-fastboot folder you extracted earlier and copy the OxygenOS 4.1.3 Nougat OTA firmware zip inside the folder.
Inside adb-and-fastboot folder, press SHIFT and Right-Click on an empty space inside the same folder.
Click on Open command prompt here as shown in picture below.
Issue the following command to reboot your device into recovery mode
adb reboot recovery
Once in recovery mode then choose “install from USB” and tap OK. It will enable the adb sideload mode.
Then type the following command to start the flashing process.
adb sideload ota.zip
One done with the process just reboot your device or simple type “fastboot reboot”
